Seminar on user-driven research and innovation in the field of nanotechnology and wind power

The Nordic Top-level Research Initiative sub-programmes “Energy efficiency with nanotechnology” and “Integration of large-scale wind power” invites you to a seminar on commercialization of technology. The seminar is held in Copenhagen on the 21-22 November.

The purpose of this joint seminar is to create contact between researchers, companies and innovation organizations working within nanotechnology and wind power in the Nordic region as well as present results from the two sub-programmes.

The Top-level Research Initiative (TRI) is the largest joint Nordic research and innovation initiative to date. The two organizing sub-programmes have altogether funded seven Nordic R&D projects and three networks.

 

In addition to presentations from the two sub-programmes and the funded projects, Kenneth Karlsson, senior scientist at Technical University of Denmark, will present Nordic Energy Technology Perspectives, the first regional edition of the IEA’s renowned global publication Energy Technology Perspectives.

 

 

Furthermore, the seminar will be concluded with a debate on the commercialization of the technology in the Nordic region moderated by Verner Kristiansen, a strategic development communication expert.
