The three Nordic institutions NordForsk, Nordic Innovation and Nordic Energy Research constitute the Secretariat for the Top-level Research Inititaive. The institutions are connected to the Nordic Council of Ministers, and contribute to the programme with their collective competense within research, innovation, technology and energy.
